At Archic Furniture, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage the furniture in its original boxes and protective wrap to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient curbside collection time, while smaller accents can be dropped off at any authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
